POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
SESSION
You will find your presentation details in the poster sessions scheduled on:
- Tuesday 13 October from 17:00 to 18:00, for Session 1
- Wednesday 14 October from 13:45 to 14:45, for Session 2

POSTER PITCH
Every poster presenter is given the possibility of having a 1.5-minute pitch about their poster with 1 or 2 slides, prior to the poster session.
Please send us a PDF version of these slides so we can gather them prior to the session (before 8 Oct.), to be efficient while changing presenter during the pitch session. Please send it to
ecd2026@cea.fr
POSTER PRINTING
If it is more convenient for you, we can print your poster prior to the event. In that case, you have to send the file to
ecd2026@cea.fr prior to 5 Oct. Only files received by that date will be printed by us.
FORMAT
Format for poster is A0 portrait.
The organization will provide hanging supplies.
SENDING FILES
To send your pitch presentation, use the following format for the filename:
NAME_session_i,
To send you poster for printing, the name of the file shall be:
NAME_session_i_PRINTING,
with “i” being 1 or 2 depending if you poster is scheduled on poster session 1 or 2 , please check
www.ecd-2026.fr/en/program/9.
You can send the file to
ecd2026@cea.fr (max 15 Mb, if more than 15 Mb, compress it under 15 Mb) and if not possible you can send it through
https://francetransfert.numerique.gouv.fr/upload with
ecd2026@cea.fr as the recipient address.
