EXHIBITION SPACE

The size of the exhibition spaces will be as follows:

• Gold: 5 × 2 meters
• Silver: 3 × 2 meters
• Bronze: 2 × 2 meters

The allocation of exhibition spaces will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each exhibition space includes:

• a 1.2-metre table
• two chairs
• light
• access to electrical power

The spaces have a solid back and lateral wall, on which exhibitors will be able to display posters, banners, rollups, etc.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If you need to ship any equipment or materials for your exhibition, the shipping procedure is available below, both in French and English.

If you are bringing equipment or goods by car, you will be able to unload them at the Minatec/Titanium area. You can download the access map below.
After unloading, cars will need to be parked elsewhere, within walking distance of the event. Vehicles cannot remain near the meeting rooms.

Please also be careful not to leave any valuables or belongings in your car. Unfortunately, during previous conferences, some participants have experienced break-ins and theft from vehicles.

SPONSOR PRESENTATION

Sponsors will have the opportunity to give a 1.5-minute presentation, followed by 30 seconds for changing speakers, for a total of 2 minutes.
These short presentations will take place on the first morning of the conference and will provide an opportunity to “break the ice” and introduce your company.

Sponsors are asked to provide a PDF presentation consisting of one to three slides.
Presenters are asked to stay within the allocated time.
