  • Confirmation and cancellation policy

    Full payment must be made 30 days after invoicing to confirm the stand reservation.
    • Written cancellations received on or before September 4 (Fri.), 2026 will be refunded 80% of the total payment.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 4 (Fri.), 2026.
    All cancellations must be notified by email to ecd2026@inviteo.fr
