     SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
     
    Author instructions:
    • Abstracts must address any aspect of cryogenic applications, engineering and research.
    • Abstracts will be reviewed by the ECD-2026 Program Committee who reserves the right to change the type of presentation from that preferred by the author.
    • Accepted abstracts will be made available publicly in the final program.
    • Submitting author email addresses will be added to the ECD-2026 mailing list (if not already on the list) to receive the Conference announcements.
    • All authors identified as presenter on the submitted abstracts must register for the Conference and participate to the Conference to present their work.

    Abstract submission form:
    • Abstracts must include: Title, Author’s full names and affiliations, Main Author contact (address, mail, telephone), Proposed Topic, Preference of presentation (oral or poster)
    • Abstracts must be written in English and not exceed a maximum length of 650 words for body & acknowledgment.
      Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.

    Abstract changes and withdraw:
    • To modify or withdraw your submitted abstract, please click the “Modify” or “Withdraw” button after logging in with your ID and password before the abstract submission deadline.
    • If you need to revise or withdraw your abstract after the submission deadline, please contact the Secretariat by email.
     
     DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)
     
    The information entered into the submission form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for CEA-DSBT in order to manage the logistic organization of ECD-2026 Conference.
    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the conference:

    Most of the data are kept for three years or less from the date of your purchase or last activity for strictly legal reasons (tax obligations, etc.).
